ZUZANNA Kaczmarek
President
Zuzanna is a third-year student studying Economic and Social Sciences and Bocconi University in Milan. Originally from Poland, she spent her childhood in Kyiv before moving to Italy for university. Her journey for social impact began early on in high school when she volunteered at the daycare center, Chechen refugee center, WOŚP, and was part of the Warsaw Volunteer Mission. She continued her social engagements helping Ukrainian war refugees find accommodation in Poland and provided humanitarian aid. Starting her third year at 180DC Milan, Zuza is taking on the position of President.

Florian is a second year student in International Economics and Finance at Bocconi University. He grew up in Budapest, and played basketball throughout his teenage years. He enjoys sailing and hiking in his freetime. He joined 180 during his first semester in university, and has taken part in two projects as a consultant, before becoming Operations and Finance Director.
TIMEA KITZMANTEL
HR director
Timea is a second-year student studying a Bachelor in Economics and Management at Bocconi University. Originally from Austria and Hungary, she has lived in Belgium and Germany. Her journey for social impact started in High School when she became a member of the Charity Committee in Highschool and volunteered for the NGO ONETEAM. She has continued her work at 180 Degrees Consulting for a year as a consultant and is now the HR Director.
ROSALIE PERRIN
marketing director
Rosalie is a third-year student in International Economics and Management at Bocconi University. She spent most of her childhood in France and then moved to Shanghai, where she stayed for 3 years. Her experience abroad has enriched her international perspective, motivating her to stay abroad during her studies. Her journey for social impact started in high school when she volunteered to teach English to left-behind orphaned kids in a Chinese province. She joined 180 during her second year to further pursue her engagement and has now become the Marketing Director.
ALEX ADOUTTE

Alex is a third-year student in International Economics and Management. Born in Brazil and raised in the United States and France, his international perspective grew from a young age. His passion for impact projects was propelled during a volunteering trip to Ahmedabad, India, where he taught English to children from underprivileged areas in street schools and orphanages. This experience led him to pursue his engagement at 180DC Milan. After a year of working as a consultant, he is currently a Client Director.
JULIAN YANG

Julian is a second-year student at Bocconi University, studying for a Bachelor's in Economic and Social Sciences. Of mixed Southeast Asian heritage, he was raised in multicultural Malaysia, where he grew up around diversity. From there, his drive for social impact has brought him across sectors from refugee education, to community organising, political empowerment, impact investing, and most recently to 180 Degrees Consulting, where he now serves as Client Director.
ALEXANDER UNGER
PARTNERSHIPS director
Alexander is a second-year student from Austria, studying Economics and Management at Bocconi. His passion for social impact started in 10th grade, when he assisted in Hans-Radl school, a school for children with physical and mental disabilities. He has joined 180DC Milan one year ago and been active as Partnerships KRM, now he is Partnerships Director.
