ANNA BÁNOVICS
President
Anna is a third-year student studying economics and management at Bocconi University in Milan. He is from Hungary and throughout her childhood she was engaged in competitive ballet. She always contributed to important causes, including organizing charity winter markets in her high school. She joined 180DC in her first semester of university, and has taken part in two projects that included creating sustainable funding strategies and forecasting startup’s financials. In her second year in 180DC she became the partnerships director of the association, organizing training sessions with Deloitte, Accenture and Bain consultants, and arranging joint projects with partner 180DC branches in Spain Beijing. In the 2025/26 academic year she serves as President of the organization.

Margherita is a fourth year student in the World Bachelor in Business program, where she has studied for a year in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and Milan. This is her second year in 180DC, where she previously worked as a consultant. Margherita is passionate about strategic marketing and consulting, as well as volunteering and social impact. In her free time, she enjoys running and cooking with friends.

HR director
Tara Prasan is a third year Economics and Social Sciences student. She has worked as a consultant in her fulfilling year at 180DC Milan, and will be taking forward her Key Responsibility Manager role as the HR Head for the upcoming term. Tara is passionate about inclusivity and making a difference in developing countries, and greatly enjoys cross-cultural dialogue.
yasmine el alami
marketing director
Yasmine is a second-year International Economics and Management student at Bocconi University. Originally from Morocco, she joined 180 during her second semester at university and now holds the position of Marketing Director. Her past work includes developing a partnership strategy for the Rwandan nonprofit Dusego Empowerment Hub. Passionate about social impact since early high school, she has been actively involved with charities and nonprofits supporting causes such as hunger relief and children’s welfare.
MatyAS WAGNER

Matyas is a third-year student studying International Economics and Management at Bocconi University in Milan. Originally from Hungary, he spent the final two years of high school in the United States at an international boarding school. Passionate about climbing, he also dedicated time during high school to volunteering as a math tutor for children in disadvantaged communities in Budapest. He joined 180 Degrees Consulting in January 2024 as a consultant, contributing to projects focused on client outreach optimization and market research. Alongside his academic and consulting experience, he has also worked as a Consulting Intern at Mastercard. In the 2025/26 academic year, he serves as a Board Member.
keerthi PENUMUCHU

Keerthi Penumuchu is a third year BEMACS student. This is her second year in 180DC: in the past, she has worked as a consultant and KRM for the client directors. Keerthi is passionate about education and healthcare access for all, and has led successful fundraising efforts for her local children’s hospital. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and running.

Katarina is a second-year International Economics and Management student at Bocconi University. She joined 180 Degrees Consulting Milan during her first year, where she held the role of Key Responsibility Manager in the Marketing division. Now entering her second year in 180DC, she will be taking on the position of Partnerships Director.
