Our Current Projects - Spring Semester 2023

unicef côte d’ivoire

UNICEF operates in Côte d'Ivoire and across the globe to assist the most vulnerable children. Their mission is to ensure these children can access essential services such as quality healthcare, nutritious food, clean water, and education. The NGO is committed to safeguarding these children from violence and exploitation, regardless of their origin or place of residence.

Our team will analyze the social and macroeconomic environment in Cote d’Ivoire to inform the Social Policy program and then provide a detailed analysis of the national budget of Côte d’Ivoire. Secondly, the consultants will assist some of the country’s small social enterprises with the creation of business plans and market analysis.

OPERAZIONE MATO GROSSO

The organization’s goal is to provide humanitarian aid in South American countries. Located in Italy, it funds and manages projects with the help of volunteers. The mission focuses on delivering primary goods and establishing schools, hospitals, and co-operatives for residents to work in.

180DC will assist a Bolivian co-operative which is producing high-end furnitures. In order to boost their efficacy, an inventory management system will be developed to keep track of furniture available in stock, upload photos and communicate with the center.

UZURI K&Y

Its focus is to reduce waste in the environment and provide employment opportunities to local communities. The company is planning to set up a production facility hub to maximize efficiency and improve quality control.

180DC will outline a strategy to identify potential production facilities and clients. It is also necessary to review UZURI K&Y Rwanda’s production process to set up a logistic system which monitors the delivery of materials and decides which tasks need to be prioritized.
